Clearing your criminal records, or Expungement, is possible
If you have a past criminal record that is affecting you now–your ability to move on and succeed, you may want contact Attorney Mike Niewiadomy regarding Expungement.
In many cases, a criminal record can interfere with employment opportunities. Once your records are cleared, or expunged, your job applications become that much easier.
When private employers ask about criminal convictions, you will be able to answer “none.” If you are applying to work for work with a government agency, however, you will want to explain your record and show that it has been expunged.
It’s important to note that the records will be changed and updated to reflect a dismissal, but not deleted entirely.
If your records are successfully expunged, some rules still apply. If you had a felony conviction you will not be able to own fire arms, and the conviction can still be considered when facing any future criminal charges.
If there is a warrant for your arrest, you may want to consult an attorney.
